    PROMOTIONAL RULES

    If you are entering our competitions it's important to read our terms and conditions:

  1. All promotions/competitions published on this website are subject to these rules (Promotion Rules). By participating in any promotion/competition, you are deemed to accept these Promotion Rules, together with any terms and conditions of any relevant third party.
  2. This promotion is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Warburtons, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
  3. Failure to claim a gift, prize or other promotional item by the time or in the manner specified for the particular promotion will make any claim invalid. No responsibility is accepted for entries damaged, lost or mislaid and proof of posting or emailing will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. No applications will be accepted by agents, in bulk or from third parties.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion Rules, results or any other matters relating to a Warburtons promotion, the decision of the Company shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  5. The Company reserve the right in their reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion Rules, or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) to add to or to waive any of these Promotion Rules or any on reasonable notice; and/or (c) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond Warburtons reasonable control.
  6. Prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Company reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value. There is no cash alternative.
  7. In relation to prize draws and competitions, the prize winner(s) will be chosen from all qualifying entries by an independent judge employed by Warburtons. The prize winner(s) will be chosen within 28 days of the promotion closing date, unless specified in the Specific Rules.
  8. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Warburtons reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs, audio and/or visual recordings of them and any media submitted by them in relation to any Warburtons promotion in any publicity. Winners are asked to co-operate fully for publicity purposes if so required.
  9. Any information submitted by you relating to a promotion must be personal and related specifically to you. You warrant that any information or material which you submit to Warburtons will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. Warburtons reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove such information.
  10. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and Warburtons privacy policy.

  12. SPECIFIC WIN A YEAR'S SUPPLY OF WARBURTONS BREAD RULES

  13. All participants of the competition will be entered into a prize draw for a year’s supply of Warburtons bread (140 x £1 Warburtons product vouchers).
  14. To take part, visit the National Bread Week website at www.welovebread.co.uk and vote for your favourite picnic site from the list displayed on the webpage, by entering your name and contact details.
  15. If you do not have web access, you can enter by post. Simply send your name and address clearly written on a piece of plain paper, to Warburtons NBW 2010, Hereford Street, Bolton, BL1 8JB.
  16. The competition closes at midnight, 31st May 2010.
  17. Ten winner will be chosen at random from the entries received and will be notified by email/letter within 28 days of the promotion closing date.
  18. Warburtons cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Warburtons is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or failure of an entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in relation to the promotion.
  19. The promoter’s decisions in all matters to do with the promotion will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. For a list of winners send a stamped addressed envelope to National Bread Week Winners, Vital, 14a Clarendon Avenue, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5PZ. Winners' names will be available within 28 days of the closing date.

  22. SPECIFIC RULES FOR PICNKR

  23. To take part, visit www.welovebread.co.uk and register your picnic on the Warburtons picnic map. Entrants can chose to either register their picnic and/or upload an accompanying image.
  24. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it. Failure to adequately demonstrate this consent to the satisfaction of Warburtons will result in the image being removed.
  25. In consideration of Warburtons granting entrants a right to register their picnic, each entrant automatically hereby grants to Warburtons an irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free, world wide licence for the full period of copyright to use, alter, adapt or sub-licence such rights to any third party submitted by the entrant in respect of the relevant promotion, in any and all media. You agree to waive any moral rights you may have in the images submitted by you. Where relevant, you agree upon Warburtons request to assign to Warburtons any copyright subsisting in any entries you make to a promotion.
